JOB ROLE FOR GUIDE-CIM (CUSTOMER INTERACTION MANAGEMENT) & MR (MARKET RESEARCH.

1. To guide the customer interaction management & market
research(CIM & MR) function by providing:
a. A structured approach to designing, the monitoring
and reporting process
b. A structured approach to the calibration process
c. Appropriate and well piloted instruments
d. The right statistical modeling tools
e. Intuitive and user friendly presentation of data
2. Bridge the gap between pure research, customer expectations
and practical standards
3. Build a strong sustainable foundation for the CIM & MR
function in terms of people, systems & processes and
technology.
4. To provide the solutions group with innovative
enhancements and requirements and to support the research
requirements of the solutions group.
5. Is completely aligned with the business and financial goals of
the company and ensures all deployments are consistent with
the goals.

Education & Experience

1. Post graduate with mathematics & statistics, operations
research
2. Up to 40 years of age
3. Exposure to operations research
4. Exposure to field work
5. Exposure to market research design, testing, field &
technology deployment
6. Exposure to focus group moderation
7. Exposure to customer satisfaction surveys
8. Exposure to retail point of sale (POS) data gathering
