position based in Muscat

Service:- Project Management

Objectives:- End to End Management of project implementation of E- Delivery channel projects, Credit Cards Systems and integration with banking applications.

Key Activities
Functional / Domain

• In depth implementation knowledge of all or some of the following delivery channels management. - ATM Front End applications, Services, Message formats and Debit card management, Smart Deposit applications, Front end, controller Services, Message formats and integration with Core Banking, Credit card management systems

• Certifications of systems with payment systems Visa / MasterCard gateway

• System architecture design, Interfaces to other banking applications like Core Banking, Channel Managers.

• Preparing functional specifications, design specification, program specifications and testing specifications, test cases. Verifying test results and defect management.

• Coordination with users for workflow, integrating individual modules, System testing

• Coordination with multiple vendors for various system / module development.

• Knowledge of current technology in the industry.

• Understand and review the architecture, the design, specifications and technical documents related to any enhancement.

• Good Problem Resolving, Analytical Skills

Project management:

• Integrated project management covering system changes / upgrade for end to end implementation by identifying gaps

• Identifying gaps and preempting action

• Ensuring coverage of testing

• Stakeholder management

• Budget monitoring and tracking

• Reviewing the progress and suggesting corrective action and also propose preventive action

• Reporting (Status, forecast, exception)

• Vendor management

• Issue/Risk handling for projects and timely escalation to management
