Job Description   Department: Research - Executive Training

Prefer someone with an experience from the large corporate/mid-corporate of banks, also rating agency, inclination towards Training.

Location Mumbai

Role Summary:

- Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

- Identification of new training programs based on emerging needs from the market

- Collaborate with multiple functions of CRISIL to design and develop the CRISIL IP based training titles and content

- Sharpening the content of the existing training programmes jn co-ordination with the trainers

- Developing CRISIL's digital learning training modules

- Identification of new trainers & maintaining the pool of existing trainers

- Lead large customised training programme proposals based on inputs from the business development team and subject matter experts

- Provide the necessary support in the implementation of CRISIL's Certification of training programme

Essential Qualification MBA (Finance) or CA/CFA

Skills -

- Strong experience in credit appraisal in large corporate/mid corporate/SME

- Strong knowledge of banking & finance related issues, regulations, etc.

- Understanding of credit risk analysis

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills with good awareness about Indian economy and business environment

- Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas

- Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines

- Should be self-motivated & work as team player for achieving the business objectives
