Candidate Profile

· Should have 10-15 years of experience as successful Operations leader from leading BPO firm
· PG from Good school background preferable
· Proven experience in building out a significant BPO practice up to 500 staff and potential to 1000 staff
· Strong athlete – able to add value across vertical industry operations
· Well recognized in 1-2 industry segment (s) with evidence of thought leadership
· Experience developing BPO operations methodologies and best practices.
· Strong executive presence with the ability to interact at all levels in a client organization.
· Cultural fit with ________: Adaptable and hands-on (willing to roll up sleeves). Ability to work within a matrix and lead by influence and partner with the vertical leaders
v Must foster collaboration with other Practices (vertical and horizontal) to deliver superior value to customers (client centric approach)
v Ability to work well with the teams (within the Practice as well as other parts of the organization) and command the respect of the teams (People centric)
v Ability to lead by example and be a leader that the team can look up to
· Experience working comfortably across time zones and cultures. Ideally should have had prior responsibility for running a BPO business with significant international presence.
· Must be willing to travel 50% (mostly within_______, but also internationally to support clients, etc)

Job Responsibilities:

The CEO- BPO will have following responsibilities-

· Take full Operational ownership and responsibility for all BPO client operations and associated business leaders and staff. Current number of direct reports would be ___, each of whom as a responsibility for an industry sector. Key responsibilities would include:
o Oversee operations in __________(and possible future facilities in__________)
o Ensure high quality operations and client satisfaction
o Ensure compliance against financial cost targets at a project level and overall level
o Set operational strategy and execute efficiency and cost improvement programs
o Determine best operational organizational model
o Co-own overall BPO P&L with Global Practice Leader.
· Help set the global BPO strategy, approach and overall model at ___.
o Maintain a sense of community across the various operating groups.
o Jointly develop and implant plans with each business to build out required BPO capability (solutions design, transition, execution, QC) within each BU
· Build recognition and enhance the image of ___ BPO capabilities in the marketplace
o Serve as a primary external facing persona in public industry forums
o Generate new practice collateral, thought leadership and knowledge contributions (external articles, speeches)
