Project Manager
Project Management, Resource Management. Managing and mentoring groups of software professionals, inspiring them to meet difficult goals on-time and on-budget. Handling projects with resources in Multi-geography, Ramping up the resources and building the teams. Proposal Preparation, Estimation, Design and Analysis, Client interfacing, prioritization, resource allocation, quality assurance, problem resolution.
7 to 14 years of relevant experience in a reputed IT organization with Excellent Project and people management skills in Java, J2EE Platform.

Role Requirements (Lead / Architect)
6 plus years of experience in software development, with a decided focus on J2EE and related technologies
Experience in working with database-backed web applications mandatory
Candidate should have excellent technical skills and will be involved in all phases of development
Must be a proven leader, understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions and provide technical training to project teams for new designs
Must have an excellent grasp of object oriented design & UML-driven application development, application of J2EE & generic design patterns, J2EE Services & APIs, JSP, Servlets, EJB & Struts
Should be conversant with server administration issues, performance issues and tuning
Strong research & analytical orientation with an ability to grasp & integrate new technologies rapidly
