- Total exp 9 “ 14 yrs Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience of which 4 years in an International Call Center.
- Experienced in Transaction Processing/Backend Operations. Candidates with experience in bank operations / financial processes will be given preference.
- Interact with multiple process owners in the US to understand requirements and communicate feedback /solutions.
- The candidate would be responsible for People Management & Attrition Management.
- Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future leaders.
- Experienced to handle multiple Transitions with quick TAT
- Work closely & actively with support Services like HR, IT, Admin & Facilities to align operational objectives and goals.
