Requirement

Job Location : BANGALORE.

Candidates should be from Sales Back ground¦

Can be from any industry like, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, pharmaceuticals, Retail Banking, Import & Export etc¦. but, should be in Core Sales job.

Should carry atleast 2yrs of sales experience. (Not Telesales)

Age should be between 25 to 40yrs only.

Should be a graduate in any stream (MUST).

Decent communication skill & should be able to understand or communicate in local language..


Responsibilities

Recruiting Financial Advisors.

Getting them licensed training, motivating and managing the team.

Ensuring joint calls with advisors & meeting customers along with advisors on need basis.

Fixing targets to Financial Advisors and helping them in achieving the same.
