Position: Manager Operations (NIGHT SHIFT)
Experience: 9 to 14 years
Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
Total exp 9 to14 yrs Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience of which 4 years in an International Call Center.
Experienced in Transaction Processing/ Backend Operations. Candidates with experience in bank operations / financial processes will be given preference.
Interact with multiple process owners in the US to understand requirements and communicate feedback /solutions.
The candidate would be responsible for People Management & Attrition Management.
Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future leaders.
Experienced to handle multiple Transitions with quick TAT
Work closely & actively with support Services like HR, IT, Admin & Facilities to align operational objectives and goals.
Experienced in BPO quality tools with a clear understanding of MIS/Dashboards
Responsible for enforcing the Information/Physical Security Policies and Procedures.
Ready to work in late Night Shift.
