TOTAL EXPERIENCE : 6-7 years of exp. in servicing any electrical/ electronics machineries.
Experience in handling a team of 8-10members.
Experience in Field Servicing

SKILL SET/
PERSONALITY PROFILE : Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Good Personality.
Leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES/
DELIVERABLES :
To ensure the work of Senior Service Engineers & Service Engineers is done as per the requirement.
To ensure quality of products dispensed from Machines.
To train Machine users for smooth operation.
To follow all Service Processes as lay down by the Company.
To ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
To achieve Company set targets.
To train, supervise & monitor Service Engineers reporting to him.
To audit machines and take necessary corrective action.
To check & monitor effectiveness of maintenance to reduce customer complaints and improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
To analyse Machine breakdowns in his area and take corrective action to reduce the same.
To assist Service Head in all Service Activities.
