Responsibilities include,
Recruiting Advisors.
Getting them licensed training, motivating and managing the team.
Ensuring joint calls with advisors & meeting customers along with advisors on need basis.
Fixing targets to Advisors and helping them in achieving the same.
Sales Managers will have fixed salary of up 4.25.00Lakhs + Variables + Allowances + incentives on every recruitment...
