ASSISTAN MANAGER JOB OPERATIONS

We have an urgent opening for a leading training institute for the post of "AM operations". The details are as follows:

Designation:
Assistant Manager - Operations

Location: Bangalore & Mangalore

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations as a Project lead.

Qualification:

Graduate (Any Degree)

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Should have managerial qualities

· Willing to take up responsibilities on his/her own

· Should handle a project independently

· Should be able to interact with clients

· Should be able to deliver services to the clients

· Should be flexible to work in any given project at any given time

· Should be energetic and be willing to travel

· Should have excellent communication skills

· Should be able to lead a team of 10-12 members

· Should be able to take team members along with him/her

· Candidates with experience in Operations/ Event management/Academic industry would be given preference.



Job profile:

· Will handle a project independently, Conduct of Pre recruitment/admission tests for corporate houses and Universities / Academic Institutions.

· Involves traveling to campuses across India

· Would be interacting with clients for all related issues

· Handling a team of 15-20 for the project requirements
