One of Our Clients, A growing BPO/Call Center company in Nairobi, Kenya requires the following personnel:
Position: BPO/Call Center Operations Manager/Center Head
Qualifications: Graduate (B.Com/BA/B.Sc.)
Experience:
Total 5-6 Years including 3-4 years in large BPO unit at top level.
Person should have handled BPO units of 500 people or more independently for a year or more.
Ready to join at a short notice.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Managing call center resources, monitoring and achieving all operational and technical parameters.
- Responsible for management strategic development.
- Responsible for client interaction relationship.
- Lead staffs at all levels in the organization to ensure service of a consistent quality.
- Heading the service delivery. Customer Satisfactions.
- Responsible for entire gamut of Operations, Training, Quality for the center including client management.
- Motivating the team and ensuring the high employee satisfaction scores.
Other Criteria:
- Eloquent English Accent
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of basic MS Office packages and CRM systems
- Age within 25 - 35 years.
