Interview, the word itself sounds very scary for most of the people. But for some it is merely a conversation between two people. If not, then, I am sure, their career gets shattered after a certain points. Because, it is the company’s structure and strategy that bring ones career to the point of success. And if the company is not well planned then it is only the employees who are the sufferers.

Company Profile Review
This is the first and foremost step that every candidate should follow before going for an interview. It is only the company’s profile that helps in the career development. Hence, it is always advisable to review the company’s plans and strategies perfectly. See how is its annual growth, and infrastructure is. Also review how far the company stands in its sector. These factors somehow affect your career growth to a certain level.
Analyze Company Management
Company management is other most important point that should be considered before giving an interview. Because, it is the company’s management, which provide comfort and reassurance of job to its employees. It is always advisable to look after the company’s strategies including annual growth, increment, appraisal, and timings etc before giving an interview.
Is the company debt free or not?
Always try to find out that the company is under debt or not. If you find so and the answer is yes then it is always advisable for you to quit from the interview because this will not be a right place for you as your career get shattered here. Even though the company is offering good salary, you will not receive a job security.
Salary Structure
Money is the most important factor for doing a job. Hence, it is always necessary to take a perfect review of company’s salary structure. Put perfect eye on the basics and house rents structure of your salary. Also, view cast on medical and other perks under your salary structure. Be frank in asking annual increment and appraisal structure on the salary.
Know other employees view
Employees working in the office are the main source for getting full information about the company. Try to know the views of other employees of the company about the company structure and management. This will also help you a lot in finding the right company for you and your growing career.
